BPS students celebrated a fun milestone on Monday, 2/12, the 100th day of school for the 2023 - 2024 academic year.

The BPS PTA is pleased to announce the return of this family-friendly event designed to celebrate the uniqueness of cultures in our community and worldwide. Event attendees will get to sample the cuisine.

The school closure this past Tuesday postponed the concert to Tuesday, 2/20 at 3:15 PM. Good luck to our Grade 4 musicians and band director Mr. Guatieri!

Cranford Public Schools will be closed on Monday, 2/19 for students and staff in observance of Presidents' Day. School will resume on Tuesday, 2/20.

The Grade 4 & 5 Chess Club will meet on Thursday, 2/15 from 2:55 PM - 4:00 PM in the BPS Library. Dismissal will be at 4:00 PM at the Grade 2 doors closest to the Library.

The BPS PTA will hold a meeting on Thursday, 2/15 at 7:00 PM at the school. All are welcome to attend.

Valentine's Day is a few weeks away and exchanging wishes with classmates is a long-held school tradition. We strongly encourage that Valentine wishes do not include candy or edible treats.

The Grade 4 Band is ready to show how much they've learned and will perform a concert for Parents/Guardians on Tuesday, 2/13 at 3:15 PM in the cafegymatorium. Good luck to the musicians and their director, Mr. Guatieri.

On Wednesday, 1/24, Ms. Rachael McClinton, artistic director and performer for Living Voices, presented three grade-level assemblies designed to bring history to life. These presentations blended live performance and media to engage students with historical content.

Most football fans want to know who will win Super Bowl LVIII, but at BPS inquiring minds want to know who will win the SOUPER Bowl! The BPS Student Council will be collecting canned goods to benefit Cranford Family Care from Monday, 2/5 - Friday, 2/9. Students have the opportunity to vote for their preferred Super Bowl team with each can of soup or canned good donated.
