If your child is going to work with a parent/guardian and will not be in school, please complete and submit the form below for each individual child on or before Monday, April 20, 2026. This information will assist us with attendance and enable the classroom teacher to plan appropriate lessons. Completing this form will eliminate the need to call in for your child's absences.

Construction on the addition at Brookside Place School will be moving into a new phase after next week. To accommodate these changes, on Monday, April 20th we will be implementing new procedures for our arrival/dismissal process, facility use, and after school activities.

The Spring Book Fair will be held on April 16th & 17th. Please click through for more information and the schedule.
